The Best Exercise for Weight Loss

I recently started my own weight loss program and, of course, includes exercises - E word, as I like to call it. But the exercise is not enough to lose weight.

However, the purpose of this post is to explore various forms of exercises that are affordable for most people to determine which one is best for weight loss. Before you start, you know, the usual advice not to do to your doctor? Of course, you should use your common sense and make their own decisions.
